Active Leadership and Innovation
Active Leadership and Innovation is a package of workshops for senior managers and
business owners, targeting performance improvement through addressing key challenges
to innovation and entrepreneurship.
The ALI programme provides delegates with the knowledge and tools to enable them
to become a more effective strategic leader who embraces innovation. ALI is a combined
programme of highly interactive, face-to-face workshops and e-learning materials.

In addition, workshop content is supported by e-learning content accessed via our
website. This can be utilised by workshop delegates for themselves or to assist
