Bad behaviour is prohibited

Cancellation and No-Shows for Events

NEF GB will consider all claims for refunds through cancellation (less an administrative charge) for all events provided they are received at least 5 days prior to the start of the event. NEF GB reserves the right to refuse claims for refunds if the cancellation is received after 5 days prior to the event without mitigating circumstances.

The Masterclass & Briefings series is heavily subsidised thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Should a delegate not attend without previous cancellation and without mitigating circumstances (a ‘no-show’), NEF GB reserves the right to make a charge to the college to cover the full cost of the place which is currently £288+VAT for a Masterclass and £120+VAT for a Briefing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold NEF GB Ltd, and its partners, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use, or your violation of any rights of another. This does not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Refund Policy

If you pay for a membership subscription to The NEF Institute of Innovation and Knowledge Exchange, you have in accordance with the above law, a 7 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a refund. You don’t need to give a reason to cancel your subscription. If you do decide to cancel within the 7 days, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation.
