The Active Leadership and Innovation (ALI) programme provides delegates with the knowledge and tools to enable them to become a more effective strategic leader who embraces innovation. ALI is a combined programme of e-learning modules and highly interactive, face-to-face workshops. The interactive workshops are customised to suit the needs and priorities of your college. This programme is designed by NEF and focuses on improving the leadership capability of curriculum and middle managers in Further Education.

The modules are highly interactive with a number of case studies from college senior managers focusing on key areas of discussion.
